We will need to extend SCIFIO's TIFF support to handle this new feature of
ImageJ. The SCIFIO TIFF writer will also need to preserve 16-bit color
tables somehow -- depending on the implementation, we could use the same
format, or a different one.

The ImageJ 1.48a daily build includes color LUTS when saving 16-bit images
in TIFF format.
