[SCIFIO] How to make ITK to download the SCIFIO module?

Hi,

   I 'git pull' the latest ITK code and switch to v4.5.1 by 'git checkout
tags/v4.5.1'. In CMake (advanced mode) I don't see an option of
'Module_SCIFIO' or 'Fetch_SCIFIO' like the page says (
http://www.openmicroscopy.org/site/support/bio-formats5/users/itk/). How do
I make ITK to download SCIFIO?
