[SCIFIO] Block-wise reader

Dear List,

I am wondering how to specify the dimensions of planes/tiles that are 
used to read files bigger than 2GB. In particular, I'd like to read 3- 
to 5-dimensional blocks from a custom file format for which I 
implemented a SCIFIO plugin. Reading the image as a series of 2D planes 
would be a poor fit for my specific use-case. I am aware of the CellImg 
data structure, which seems to be just what I need, but I am unsure how 
to make use of it through a SCIFIO Reader. Any help would be much 
appreciated.
